Our much-loved Bubble Dress is cut generously in airy hand-blocked cotton, with deep utility pockets and a full, softly rounded maxi shape that moves easily around the body.

The upper edge is finished with one continuous self-fabric tie that runs through the neckline channel, around the back and over both shoulders before tying at the front. Simply gather or loosen it to adjust both the neckline and strap length - an uncomplicated little detail that gives the dress much of its easy, adaptable fit.

Wear it over a swimsuit, barefoot around the house, or with sandals and something gold for dinner. It’s relaxed enough for everyday life, but somehow always feels a little special.

Blue Current layers loose florals in washed shades of cobalt, sky blue, and soft white over a deep teal ground. The name came from the sense of movement in the print - as though the flowers are drifting and shifting beneath the surface of the water.

Each dress is block-printed by hand, so slight shifts and irregularities in the pattern are part of its character.
